Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE

We will accept returns that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged and with all tags. We do not accept returns nor exchange for underwear items (panties and bra).

Please keep in mind we are a small business and all of our pieces are made with love and care. We inspect every piece closely before shipping. Many of our styles are light in color, delicate and/or constructed from non-stretch fabrics. Please take care when trying on at home, we cannot be held responsible for damages, odor or soil spots that may occur. Damages items will not be eligible for refund.

Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 7 business days from the date you received your order to be eligible for a full refund. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days from receipt of return to process your refund. Funds may take up to 10 additional days to show on your statement.
